Hotel Lake Shilloi - Dimapur

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a good time. the facilities were up to standard, with a nice rooftop swimming pool and clean lounge areas. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

The check-in process was disorganized and slow, and the cleanliness of some of the assigned rooms was subpar. the exhaust in one of the rooms was not working properly and the executive room lacked some amenities found in other hotels.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. The hotel's banquet hall and conference room are quite large and convenient for events. The location is also centralized, providing easy access to the city's main attractions.

The approach to the hotel is not very satisfactory as the reception is located on the third floor, and the separate lift only goes up to the third floor. The hotel should improve the maintenance of the swimming pool, and the cleanliness of the restaurant's dining tables needs to be monitored more closely.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to businesses, banks and tourist attractions. the room was clean and well-maintained, with all basic amenities provided. the staff was professional and very helpful. the complimentary breakfast was simple but tasty. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar.

The hotel's taxi service was a bit pricey.
